About the Training

The One Day National Data Awareness Conference will be preceded by a Two Days Capacity Building Training Secessions.

It is aimed at impacting new knowledge, latest best practice and training modules that will open up new discussion forum, intellectual engagements, improve skill as another interactive session available for stakeholders.

These discussion forums will pull people out of their everyday in-house or office routine trainings and allow people to ask the questions that they may be too busy to think about in their day to day work.
Hopefully, we are planning a training with unique blended approach and  methods that will be highly professionals, knowledge driving that identify and close gaps which hitherto has not been covered in our day-to day in-house and regular outsource trainings as well as any other methods stakeholders may find useful in this context.

Understanding the basics of data, including data types, data sources, and data management to improve efficiency and output among civil servants & public service administration to make the right informed decisions.

3. Data Digitalization:
Learning the basic knowledge on data digitalization, i.e the process of converting analog information (such as physical documents, handwritten notes, or images) into a digital format that involves capturing, storing, and managing data electronically to enhance efficacy, accuracy, accessibility, cost saving Scanning paper documents into PDFs, Converting analog audio or video recordings into digital formats, Capturing handwritten forms using optical character recognition (OCR).
4. Data Visualization:
How to master the art of presenting data visually, different visualization techniques, tools, and best practices for creating impactful charts and graphs.

5. Data Analytics:

Leaning on statistical analysis, and data-driven insights and strategies to interpret Data to make informed business and key government policies decisions.

6. Data Privacy and Security:

Training on data privacy laws, visual privacy, cybersecurity and compliance to regulations. i.e how employees can recognize and identifying signs of data breaches, that includes understanding unusual system behavior, unexpected emails, or unauthorized access to sensitive information that covers both cyber and non-cyber breaches. Discuss scenarios like phishing attacks, malware infections, physical theft of devices, and accidental data exposure to create a safe and secure cyber environment.

7. Database Design and Management:
Learning about database systems, SQL, and database design principles, understand how to create, query, and manage databases effectively.

8. Cloud Computing and Big Data:
Exploring cloud platforms, big data technologies, and distributed computing, understanding how to handle large-scale data processing and storage.

9. Artificial intelligence & ioT
Training to leverage on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence to make informed strategic business, administrative and policy decisions. Machine learning, natural language processing, knowledge representation, robotics, and deep learning, which are some of the subfields of AI that explore different aspects of creating intelligent systems.
